Independent planning and development of innovative and user-friendly interfaces for mobile devices and websites
Creating visual concepts, realization of new interface functions according to visual design standards and creating new assets
Testing of drafts/ prototypes using Wireframes and sketches and implementing them for new user interfaces
Testing the quality of projects and securing a consistent style
Competitive analysis to evaluate new trends as well as the success and failure of other designs
Working together closely with Lead Artist, Lead Designer and developers to create high-quality interaction designs

A strong desire to make great games and fun products
Three or more years of professional experience in design/user experience for games, mobile or social related fields
Thorough understanding of user experience design for mobile games/applications, social experiences and related products
Excellent knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and other related tools
Can quickly prototype and communicate UI plan for other artists and engineers in wire-framing and screen flow software such as Visio, OmniGraffle, Balsamiq Mockups or equivalents
Strong understanding of the technical limitations and constraints in products they’re working in particularly with iOS, Flash and HTML5
Shown experience in successfully working across multiple products in parallel
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Interaction Design, New Media Design, Human Factors/Ergonomics or related field is preferred
